Service and lawful use

The service supplies bounded structured results from third-party public data through MCP. No warranty is given for completeness, accuracy or availability of third-party public data. Data can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unavailable. Verify important facts independently. There is no SLA.

The customer is responsible for lawful use of results, including compliance with the GDPR for any business contact data, source terms and third-party rights. Use for spam or unlawful profiling is prohibited. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abusive automation or attempts to evade quotas. Keep credentials private and report suspected compromise.

Plans and payment

Free: USD 0 per month, 50 included calls.

Starter: USD 19 per month, 500 included calls.

Pro: USD 49 per month, 2,000 included calls.

Prices are in USD, exclusive of VAT. VAT is added where applicable and shown at checkout and on the invoice. EU business customers with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure.

The base fee is billed monthly in advance; overage is billed monthly in arrears. Payment is due immediately via the card on file. Stripe sends invoices and receipts by email. There are no refunds for partial periods.

Additional successful calls beyond the included allowance cost USD 0.05 each, up to the additional call cap chosen at Checkout. Overage is disabled by default. Free allowance resets each UTC calendar month; paid allowance resets per subscription period. Allowances do not accumulate.

Fair use and availability

The current limit is 30 call attempts per 60 seconds and two concurrent calls per customer, or per key without a customer. Each call returns at most 25 records. Successful calls, including empty searches, count toward allowance. Failed calls do not consume successful-call quota.

The operator may suspend access for non-payment or abuse after notice where reasonable, and immediately for security threats. Maintenance, third-party outages and data-source changes can interrupt service.

Liability

Liability is unlimited for intent and gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, guarantees and under the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, liability applies only to breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), is limited to typical foreseeable damage, and in total per contract year to the fees paid in the 12 months before the event. Otherwise liability is excluded.

Term and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancel any time by email to support, effective at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until that period ends, subject to valid payment and lawful use. No refunds for partial periods. Statutory rights to terminate for cause remain unaffected. Contact support to end Free access or revoke a compromised key.

Changes and disputes

Changes to these Terms are notified by email at least 4 weeks before taking effect. You may object or terminate before the effective date. Silence after notice counts as acceptance for this business contract; the notice will explain this consequence and your right to object or terminate.

German law applies; the CISG is excluded. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the operator's registered seat.
